PRODUCT MANAGER
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of customer needs. 5+ years of product management experience in the travel industry, with a focus on group travel.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a face-to-face environment.

  • Knowledgeable in IATA operations.

  • Knowledgeable in GDS, Sabre and Amadeus.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in customer service or travel consultancy is a plus.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience in face-to-face client interactions.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Customer Service Representative
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree preferably in BS Tourism Management, BS Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent

  • With intermediate to excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills

  • Work experience related to sales is an advantage.

  • With good to Average communication skills (oral & written)

  • With smart and pleasing personality

  • Knowledge in Travel Agency operations, airline and hotel reservation is a plus
