REQUIREMENTS
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA
Completed Schengen visa form (for minors, both parents should sign the application form)
Two (2) passport size photos (white background, no eyeglasses, w/ collared shirt/blouse, both ears exposed, neutral expression)
Current and old passport
Photocopy of visas and stamps
If employed, please submit Certificate of Employment detailing the monthly salary, hiring date, company contact number and address.
Approved leave of absence
Copy of latest ITR
Copy of PRC license (if applicable)
Copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for non-Filipino applicants
For government employee, submit copy of travel authority
If self-employed, please submit copy of business documents such as SEC registration, BIR registration, DTI, permits and latest Income Tax Returns
Original Bank Certificate (addressed to Austria Embassy Manila) under applicantโs name with corresponding 6 months statement of the account(s) declared thereof
If available, copy of proof of assets such as but not limited to; land title(s), investments, bonds, or other economic means โข For students, please submit Certificate of enrolment and copy of ID โข PSA Birth Certificate
PSA Marriage Certificate, if applicable
Copy of roundtrip flight booking โข Detailed day-to-day itinerary
Copy of booking transfers to other Schengen states such as flight or via train
Copy of hotel bookings/vouchers for the entire stay in Schengen area.
Travel Health Insurance covering the entire period of the personโs intended stay and valid for all Schengen states. Minimum coverage should be EUR30,000
Additional Documents for minors:
If the minor is not travelling with either parent, original and copy of DSWD
travel clearance.
Affidavit of support and consent to travel executed by both parents
For Incentive trips/business trips sponsored by the company, submit the following:
Original Letter of Guarantee from the company
Copy of business documents such as SEC registration, permits and latest
Income Tax Returns
Company Bank Certificate
If invited by a company in Austria:
Invitation from the inviting company or organisation with relevant information
(personal data of the person, invited personโs function, length of the visit, purpose of the visit and activity to be undertaken during the stay, who will cover the cost of travel and name and position of counter signing person.
ID-number of Digital Sponsorship Declaration (EVE, Elektronische
Verpflichtungserklรคrung) or General Sponsorship Declaration Letter (GVE, Generalverpflichtungserklรคrung)
Proof of business relation between the 2 companies (e.g. contracts,
invoices)
If invited by a relative or friend in Austria
ID-number of Digital Sponsorship Declaration (EVE, Elektronische
Verpflichtungserklรคrung)
Proof of relationship such as birth certificate, marriage certificate,
photocopy of passports biodata page of the sponsor/host, any other proof of knowing each other personally.
