Duly filled up online Application form.
Passport valid for the next 6 months.
2x2 pictures (2 pcs)
Bank Certificate- must provide proof that you have enough money for your visit to US.
Income tax return (ITR)
Land titles, car registration, stocks etc.
Employment certificate and Application for leave of absence / business registration.
Photocopy of credit cards / statement of account
Proposed itinerary
Invitation letter (from your sponsor/relative/friend – if applicable).
Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate (NSO authenticated).
