REQUIREMENTS
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA
Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s.
Visa application form - printed in A4 size paper.
Two (2) recent colored passport size photos (with white background, applicant should be in decent attire, dark color top with collar and sleeves) that has not been previously submitted to the same embassy where you are currently applying.
Proof residency in the Philippines such Immigration Card (ICARD).

NOTE:
Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s.
For non-resident in the Philippines, letter of undertaking is required stating purpose of visit to Singapore and to next country of destination.
For level 2 applicants, completed and signed letter of introduction from your counterpart in Singapore is required.
The following countries under Level 1 are Commonwealth of Independent States of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, India, Myanmar, Peoples Republic of China, Holders of Hong Kong document of Identity and Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit.
The following countries under Level 2 are Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued by the Middle East Countries.
