LIST OF REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA
Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport/s.
Visa application form - printed in A4 size paper
Two (2) recent colored passport size photos with white background – applicants should be in decent attire, dark color with collar and sleeves.
Certificate of employment stating position, tenure of service and with gross annual income.
Bank certificate with three (3) months bank statement and or passbook of the applicant.
Photocopy of Immigration Card (I CARD).

NOTE:
Personal appearance is subject to the discretion of the Consul.
For multiple entry visa requests, applicant should write a letter address to The Honorable Consul stating the reason of request and intended date of travel (subject for approval).
Visa is required for Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Congo Democratic Republic, Congo Republic, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Hong Kong (C/I or D/I), India, Liberia, Mali, Montenegro, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Niger, Pakistan, Rwanda, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Nations (Laissez Passer), Uzbekistan, Yugoslavia and Western Sahara passport holders.
Nationals from African countries and Colombia, are required to submit a yellow fever certificate.
Visa fee varies for applicant requesting for double and multiple entry visas.
